I think Tristan's already said it, but yes. To be more specific, note that the hands stop midway down the thigh, the MOST. They don't reach the knees. As for the head...it is either the head is too large, or you may need to broaden the shoulders (whichever is easier for you). I have no comment on the pose, as I don't really have an idea of what you want your character to display. I'm more the kind of person who will comment on the pose with regards to the personality.
The thigh is often approximately the same length as the calf and foot combined. Here the calf is too short, which, alongside with the shortened arms, gives the character a sort of stunted look at first glance.
The fingers in [link] should be used here, that one is pretty much correct. Practise drawing all sizes of hands so that you can get a "feel" of how the fingers round off at the tips regardless of distance/perspective/angle.
